Quentin Fitzsimmons is a portfolio manager in the Fixed Income Division. He is portfolio manager of the Global Aggregate Bond, Global Government Bond, and Global Government Bond ex-Japan Strategies and co-portfolio manager of the Dynamic Global Bond Strategy. Quentin cochairs the Global Interest Rate and Currency Policy Week Meetings. He is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., and T. Rowe Price International Ltd. 

Quentin’s investment experience began in 1991, and he has been with T. Rowe Price since 2015, beginning in the Global Fixed Income portfolio management team. Prior to this, Quentin was employed by Royal Bank of Scotland Group as head of liquidity portfolio investment management, Treasury markets. Quentin also has worked as head of rates and as executive director of fixed income for Threadneedle Investments and held fixed income portfolio management and research roles with F&C, Equitable Life Assurance Society, and Sun Life Company of Canada. 

Quentin earned a B.Soc.Sci., first-class joint honors, in economics and economic history from the University of Bristol. He also has earned the UK Institute of Investment Management and Research qualification.
