Jane Rivers is a securitized credit analyst focused on commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) in the Fixed Income Division. She is a vice president and Investment Advisory Committee member of the Real Estate Fund. Jane is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., and T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc.

Jane’s investment experience began in 2001, and she has been with T. Rowe Price since 2015, beginning as a CMBS analyst in the Fixed Income Division. Prior to this, she was employed by Fidelity Investments in its High Yield division as a research analyst investing in CMBS and other types of high yield real estate debt. She also was employed at AMB Property Corporation (now ProLogis) in commercial real estate investments, where she focused on underwriting acquisitions and research.

Jane earned a B.A. in economics and history from Stanford University. She also has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation.
