Joseph “Joe” Lynagh is a portfolio manager for the taxable and tax-exempt money market strategies in the Fixed Income Division. He is a mentor for the U.S. Taxable Low Duration team and is the former head of the Cash Management team and the Money Market Policy Committee. Joe is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc., and T. Rowe Price Trust Company.

Joe’s investment experience began in 1994, and he has been with T. Rowe Price since 1990, beginning as a money market trader on the municipal desk in Global Trading. After that, he became a portfolio manager for the municipal money market strategies in the Fixed Income Division, then broadened his responsibilities to include the taxable money market strategies. He also successfully launched the Ultra Short-Term Bond Strategy in 2012. Prior to this, Joe was employed in the technology area as a data base administrator.

Joe earned a B.S. and an M.S.F. from Loyola University Maryland. He also has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation.
