Jean Lynn Dunn, CFP®, Vice President, Client Loyalty Insights Leader
Jean Dunn is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc., and a client loyalty insights leader in the U.S. Intermediaries division. In this role, she creates thought leadership and provides consultative services with clients and prospects on financial services marketing, client loyalty, and segmentation insights. Before assuming her current position in 2017, Jean led several strategic marketing teams that developed strategic marketing plans, value-added programs for financial advisors, and communication programs for defined contribution clients. With over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, Jean has worked extensively with financial intermediaries and advisors. Prior to joining the firm in 2004, she worked in the Third Party Sales & Marketing Department at American Century Investments. Jean earned a B.S. in political science from Truman State University. She is a Series 6, 7, and 63 registered representative and a Series 24 registered principal. She also is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional.
