Richard Hall is an associate portfolio manager of the Emerging Markets Bond Strategy in the Fixed Income Division. He is a vice president of the Global and International Funds and the Multi-Sector Account Portfolios. Richard is a member of the Investment Advisory Committees for the Emerging Markets Corporate and Local Multi-Sector Account Portfolios; the Emerging Markets Bond, Corporate Bond, and Local Currency Bond Funds; and the Institutional Emerging Markets Bond and Dynamic Credit Funds. Richard also is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., and T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc.
Richard’s investment experience began in 2007, and he has been with T. Rowe Price since 2012, beginning as a credit analyst in the Fixed Income Division. Prior to this, Richard was employed by the U.S. Department of the Treasury, International Affairs Division, serving in several positions, most recently as financial attaché for Latin America in Sao Paulo. Richard also served as an international economist in the Office of International Monetary Policy and as a West Africa desk economist for the Office of African Nations.
Richard earned a B.A. and an M.A., cum laude, in economics from the University of Southern California and an M.P.A. in international development from Harvard University, Kennedy School of Government.
