David Clewell is an associate portfolio manager on the Multi-Asset Global Investment Strategy team. He also is a member of the Investment Advisory Committee of the Global Allocation Fund. He is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., and T. Rowe Price Japan, Inc.

David's investment experience began in 2011, and he has been with T. Rowe Price since 2006, beginning in Retirement Plan Services. Prior to his current role, David was a quantitative investment analyst in the Multi-Asset Division, where he evaluated macroeconomic and broad market investment themes using quantitative and qualitative inputs for cross-asset investors.

David earned a B.A. in mathematics from St. Mary's College of Maryland and an M.B.A. from the University of Maryland, Robert H. Smith School of Business. He also has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst^® designation. After many years in the United States, he relocated to Tokyo, Japan.
