Penny Avraam is a lead portfolio analyst for environmental, social, and governance in the Investment Specialist Group. She is a vice president of T. Rowe Price International Ltd.

Penny's investment experience began in 2007, and she has been with T. Rowe Price since 2019, beginning as a portfolio analyst for various equity strategies. Prior to this, Penny was employed by Schroder Investment Management as a product specialist within equities.

Penny earned a B.Sc. (honors) in economics from Warwick University. She also has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation and completed the CFA Certificate in ESG Investing.
