Tom Dignacco is a portfolio specialist in the Fixed Income Division. He supports the U.S. Multi-Sector and Global High Yield franchises as well as the firm’s CLO origination business. In this role, Tom partners with clients, prospects, consultants, portfolio management teams, distribution partners, and other internal stakeholders to deliver investment insight, support business development, and help ensure consistent strategy messaging and portfolio-related support. Tom is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc.

Tom's investment experience began in 2015, and he has been with T. Rowe Price since 2017, beginning in Global Investment Operations managing the Post Trade Services team. Prior to this, Tom was employed by Morgan Stanley as an analyst specializing in margin lending operations. Before that, he was a capital markets analyst at NewDay USA, where he was responsible for developing and maintaining the bank’s hedging, production, and trading models.

Tom earned a B.S. in finance from York College of Pennsylvania. He also earned the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation.
