Thomas Poullaouec is the head of Global Investment Solutions, International, a portfolio manager in the Multi-Asset Division and a vice president. He is the chair of the Asian, Australian, and Japanese Investment Committees.

In his role, he is responsible for the development and coordination of global Multi-Asset strategies across international regions, working closely with regional investment leaders. Thomas also leads our Tactical Asset Allocation team which shapes our tactical asset allocation views, frameworks, and portfolio construction.

Thomas’ investment experience began in 2000, and he has been with T. Rowe Price since 2017 in his current role. Prior to this, Thomas was employed by State Street Global Advisors in the areas of investment solutions, multi-asset, and currency strategies. Thomas also was employed by BNP Paribas Asset Management, concentrating on asset allocation techniques.

Thomas earned a diploma of actuary from the University of Western Brittany at the Euro Institute of Actuarial Studies and is a fellow of the French Institute of Actuaries.
