Jessica Sclafani is a global retirement strategist for the Global Retirement Strategy team at T. Rowe Price. The team is responsible for the firm’s enterprise retirement strategy, advising on the development of new products and services as well as helping to amplify the firm’s voice in retirement security-related public policy initiatives.

Jessica is primarily responsible for authoring original thought leadership that supports retirement plan sponsors and consultants on a range of topics, including investments, plan design, and retirement-related regulatory and legislative developments. She is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., and T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc.

Jessica’s industry experience began in 2008, and she has been with T. Rowe Price since 2022, beginning in the Americas division. Prior to this, Jessica was employed by Wellington Management Company, LLP, as an analyst and by Cerulli Associates as director of its retirement practice. After this, she was employed by MFS Investment Management as a defined contribution strategist and director of its investment solutions group.

Jessica earned a B.S. from Boston College, College of Arts and Science. She also has earned the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designation. Jessica served as chair of the editorial review board on the Executive Committee for the Defined Contribution Institutional Investment Association from 2019 to 2022 and served on the Retirement Research Center Executive Committee from 2022 to 2025. In addition, Jessica has testified before the ERISA Advisory Council.
