Chris Kushlis is the Chief Emerging Market Macro Strategist in the Fixed Income Division at T. Rowe Price. He is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. and T. Rowe Price International Ltd.

Mr Kushlis’s investment experience began in 2007 at T Rowe Price starting a s sovereign analyst focused on Asia. Prior to this, Mr Kushlis served as an advisor to the U.S. Executive Director at the IMF from 2006 – 2007 and worked at the U.S. Treasury Department from 2000 -2006 in a number of roles including Deputy Director for the Western Hemisphere Office, the Argentina Desk and the Russia Desk.

Mr. Kushlis earned a B.A. from Middlebury College and an M.A. from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies. He also has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
