Tony Lam is associate tax counsel and a vice president of T. Rowe Price Associates. He provides advice on all aspects of United States taxation impacting U.S.-based funds and clients with a focus on complex security transactions. Prior to joining T. Rowe Price in 2006, he practiced corporate and tax laws with Reed Smith LLP and Kirkland and Ellis LLP.

Tony earned his B.A. (Hons.) from the University of Hong Kong; LL.B (Hons.) from the University of London; J.D., magna cum laude, from Seton Hall University; and LL.M (taxation) from New York University. He has been admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and the District of Columbia and before the United States District Court in the District of New Jersey and the United States Tax Court. He is also a CPA in the state of Maryland and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England & Wales (ICAEW) and the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA).
