Paul Pfeiffer is the director of Transfer Agent Fund and Cash Operations. He is an assistant vice president of T. Rowe Price Investment Services, Inc., and T. Rowe Price Services, Inc. 

Paul has been with T. Rowe Price since 2002, beginning in Retirement Plan Services. He has held various positions with the firm, including managing groups supporting individual and institutional clients as well as roles within the Legal department focused on retirement and college savings products. 

Paul earned an M.S. in finance from the University of Baltimore and a B.S. in accounting from Frostburg State University. He is a Series 7 and 63 registered representative, a Series 24 registered principal, and a Series 99 Operations Professional.
