Paul Davey

Paul Davey is a credit analyst covering European Utilities in the Fixed Income Division.

Paul’s investment experience began in 2013, and he has been with T. Rowe Price since 2026, beginning in the Fixed Income Division.  Prior to this, Paul was a Senior Investment Analyst for Allspring Global Investments (previously Wells Fargo Asset Management), with primary responsibility for Utilities and Energy, alongside broader coverage across Metals & Mining, REITs, Infrastructure and Transport.

He also earned an MA in Finance and Investment from the University of Nottingham. Paul also has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst^® designation.
