Noelle Arkoulakis is a senior relationship manager in Retirement Plan Services Client Services. She is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Retirement Plan Services, Inc.

Noelle’s industry experience began in 1992, and she has been with T. Rowe Price since 2017, beginning in Retirement Plan Services, Relationship Management. Prior to this, Noelle was employed by Prudential Retirement in the area of in-plan guaranteed income products and also specialized in new plan sales.

Noelle earned a B.A. in economics, a B.A. in English, and a B.A. in French from Rutgers University. She is a Series 7 and 63 registered representative.
