Nick Pagano is head of RPS sales for Retirement Plan Services. He is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., and T. Rowe Price Retirement Plan Services, Inc. 

Nick has been with T. Rowe Price since 2008, holding various positions within Retirement Plan Services before joining the sales team in 2011. Nick also served as a senior retirement sales executive, divisional sales manager, and head of sales for RPS Core Markets prior to transitioning to his current role in January 2026. 

Nick earned a B.A. in economics from Saint Louis University and an M.B.A. from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. He is a Series 6, 7, 24, 63, and 66 registered representative.
