Kelly Norris is a product director on the North America Commercial and Vehicle team in Global Product. He is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc.

Kelly has been with T. Rowe Price since 2002, beginning in the Individual Investor Services organization and then holding a series of progressive roles in divisions across the firm, including Global Client Account Services, Global Distribution Compliance and Risk Management, and Global Product. 

Kelly earned a B.A., magna cum laude, in history from Western Maryland College.
