Hector has been with T. Rowe Price since 1997, beginning in Retail Investment Services. 

Hector earned a B.S. in business management and pre law from Temple University. He also has earned the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor^SM designation. Hector is a Series 4, 6, 7, 24, 63, and 66 registered representative.
