Eugene Foley , CFA

Gene Foley is a consultant relations director for the Americas division of T. Rowe Price, the organization responsible for the firm's institutional business in North America. He is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., and T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc.

Gene’s industry experience began in 1993, and he has been with T. Rowe Price since 2002, beginning in the Institutional Sales and Client Service department, the predecessor to the Americas division. Prior to this, he was a vice president and consultant relations manager with GE Asset Management. He also was a consultant with Mercer Investment Consulting.

Gene earned a B.B.A. in finance from the College of William & Mary. He also has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst and the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designations. Gene is a Series 3, 7, 24, 63, and 65 registered representative.
