Elsie Chan , CFA

Elsie Chan is the head of Asia Pacific Distribution. She is a member of the Global Distribution Executive Committee, the Investment Management Steering Committee, and the Product Steering Committee.

Elsie has been with T. Rowe Price since 2015. Prior to joining the firm, she was a managing director at UBS Asset Management, managing multiple sales and product teams. Before joining UBS Asset Management, she held institutional sales and product specialist roles at Allianz Global Investors and ABN AMRO Asset Management. She started her career by joining the Merrill Lynch global graduate program and subsequently worked for Merrill Lynch Investment Management in Chicago and New York.

Elsie earned a bachelor's degree in economics from Northwestern University and an M.B.A. from INSEAD. She has also earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
