Doug Zinser is a U.S. High Yield co-portfolio manager and research team lead in the Fixed Income Division at T. Rowe Price Investment Management (TRPIM). He is a member of the TRPIM ESG Investing Committee. He is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc.

Doug's investment experience began in 1998, and he has been with T. Rowe Price since 2017, beginning in the Fixed Income Division. He joined the firm as a result of T. Rowe Price's acquisition of the Philadelphia-based Henderson High Yield Opportunities Fund. Prior to the acquisition, Doug had been working with the Henderson team since 2013, most recently as a senior research analyst in credit research. Before that, he was employed by Delaware Investments and Assurant, Inc., as an analyst. Doug also was an associate analyst at Glenthorne Capital.

Doug earned a B.S. in economics from the University of Pennsylvania, The Wharton School.
