Colin Bando is an associate portfolio manager and a municipal credit analyst in the Fixed Income Division. He manages the US Municipal High Yield Bond and US Municipal Intermediate High Yield Bond Strategies. Colin also is a member of the Money Market Credit Policy Committee. He is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., and T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc. 

Colin’s investment experience began in 2011, and he has been with T. Rowe Price since 2014, beginning as a municipal credit analyst in the Fixed Income Division. In 2021, he became an associate portfolio manager. Prior to this, Colin was employed by PFM Group in New York, covering the public finance and infrastructure sectors. He also worked as a consultant at the New York City Department of Environmental Protection in the Division of Capital Planning and Prioritization. 

Colin earned a B.A. in economics and mathematics from Cornell University. He also has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst^® designation.
