Chris Kier is a senior manager in Investment Compliance on the Monitoring team within the GIO Group. Chris and his team provide interpretation, guidance, and support for trading on the Baltimore trading desk. Chris also is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc.

Chris’s experience began in 2005. He was with T. Rowe Price from 2005 to 2015, beginning in Portfolio Accounting and then Trade Support, both within Investment Operations, and then returned in 2018. Prior to his return, he was employed by BNY Mellon in support of the lift-out of T. Rowe Price middle- and back-office operations.

Chris earned a B.S. in business administration from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from University of Maryland Global Campus.
