Charles “Chuck” Turgeon is a senior relationship manager in the Americas division of T. Rowe Price, the organization responsible for the firm’s institutional business in North America. He is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., and T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc.

Chuck’s industry experience began in 1993, and he has been with T. Rowe Price since 2020, beginning in the Americas division. Prior to this, Chuck was employed by Eaton Vance Management as a director of institutional business development. Before that, Chuck was employed by Mellon Capital Management Corporation as a director of business development in the central U.S. region and worked in client service and sales roles for BNYMellon and Putnam Investments. 

Chuck earned an M.B.A. from Boston College, Carroll School of Management, and a B.A. in political science from Kenyon College. Chuck also has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst^® designation. He is a Series 3, 63, and 7 registered representative.
