Caroline Ramscar is an Investment Strategist focused on sustainability and impact, based in Sydney. Caroline works closely with teams across the Asia Pacific region and represents the firm's Sustainability and Governance capabilities, engaging with clients, prospects, and consultants. She joined the firm in 2023.

Caroline has over 20 years of industry experience, including a decade at Legal & General Investment Management in London, where she was most recently Head of Sustainability Solutions. Earlier in her career, she held roles at several global financial institutions.

Caroline earned a B.Sc. in international management and French from the University of Bath.
