Blair Millen

Blair Millen is a consultant of RPS Client Administration.

Blair’s investment experience began in 2018. She has been with T. Rowe Price from 2018, beginning in Workplace Investor Services & Education to 2021, and from 2025 until the present. Prior to this, Blair was employed by Colorado’s 1st Judicial District Attorney’s Office in the area of victim-witness services. Also, Blair was employed by FIS, specializing in customer service management.

Blair earned a B.A. degree, in history, from the University of New Orleans.
