Andrew Hockey

Andrew Hockey is a lead portfolio analyst in the Fixed Income division, covering the Global Multi-Sector Bond Strategy.

Andrew’s investment experience began in 2024 and he has been with T. Rowe Price since 2026, beginning in the Fixed Income Investment Specialist Group. Prior to this, he was employed by Invictus Capital Partners in the areas of portfolio construction. He was also employed by Thornburg Investment Management, specializing in portfolio analytics and risk.

Andrew earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from University of New Mexico, Robert O. Anderson School of Management. He is a Financial Industry Regulatory Authority Series 7 and 63 registered representatives, and has also earned the Chartered Financial Analyst^® designation.
