Adam Goldberg is a credit analyst within the Fixed Income Division.  He is Co-Lead of the CLO strategy at T. Rowe Price, where he co-manages the firm’s CLO business and serves as a credit analyst covering CLO Tranches. He is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. and Price Associates.

Adam began his investment career in 2013 and joined T. Rowe Price in 2023 as a member of the securitized credit team within the Fixed Income Division. Prior to joining T. Rowe Price, Adam was with MidOcean Partners, where he was responsible for analyzing, investing in, and trading collateralized loan obligations (CLOs), as well as structuring CLO transactions. He also held a prior role at Black Diamond Capital Management, focusing on CLOs, mezzanine, and distressed credit portfolios. 

Adam holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, where he majored in finance and minored in economics.
