Timothy Gilligan , CFA

Timothy Gilligan is a senior ETF sales specialist in the Global Distribution organization. He is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Investment Services, Inc.

Tim’s investment experience began in 1999, and he has been with T. Rowe Price since 2022, beginning in U.S. Intermediaries in the Global Distribution organization. Prior to this, Tim was employed by Legg Mason in the area of exchange-traded fund (ETF) distribution. He also was employed by Vanguard, focused on ETF and mutual fund distribution.

Tim earned an M.B.A. from Drexel University and a B.A. in political science from West Chester University. Tim also has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst^® designation. He is a veteran of the U.S. Navy Reserves.
