We are committed to progress. Grounded in an intentional and sustainable approach to maximizing the impact of our workforce, our vision is clear, our priorities are aligned, and our direction is focused.

We recruit and engage candidates with different backgrounds and experiences who bring new perspectives. With a dedicated talent acquisition team, we continually enhance our recruitment and outreach to create access and opportunity for all qualified applicants.

Our associate-led resource groups play a vital role in helping to maintain and evolve our culture. These are inclusive communities for those with diverse racial and ethnic backgrounds, diverse abilities, members of the LGBTQ+ community, women, and veterans. All associates are encouraged to join.

An inclusive supply chain allows us to deliver better results to our clients and the communities we serve. We aim to improve our engagement with and increase access to disadvantaged businesses year over year while upholding cost discipline and supplier risk standards.

Partnerships

Strategic partnerships with professional talent organizations help us expand our reach, identify learning and training opportunities, and further engage with prospective associates of all backgrounds.

Girls Are Investors (GAIN) – Encourages undergraduates to consider careers in investment management.
Diversity:IN – Leverages best-in-class programming and expertise to achieve disability inclusion and equality in the UK.
Future Females in Finance (F3) – Hosts students for a six-week experience to introduce careers in asset management in APAC and EMEA.
Management Leadership for Tomorrow (MLT) – Provides best practices and resources to advance inclusion and equal opportunity.
