T. Rowe Price joins the ranks of 800 other companies evaluated positively by employees worldwide on a variety of key factors in today’s workplace.

This marks the first time that T. Rowe Price has received the Forbes World’s Best Employers designation. Earlier this year, we were recognized as one of the Best Employers for Women 2022 and Best-in-State Employers 2022.

Ranking based on global survey

The World’s Best Employers 2022 recognition is presented by Forbes and market research company Statista Inc. They identified the honorees through independent surveys of approximately 150,000 employees working part time or full time for employers in 57 countries worldwide.

• Survey participants were asked about their willingness to recommend their own employers to friends and family.
• They were also asked to evaluate other employers in their respective industries that stood out positively or negatively.
• Evaluations focused on key workplace topics, such as impact and image, trust, talent development, gender equality, social responsibility, culture, and benefits.
  
  

Forbes and Statista Inc. analyzed more than a million data points to select companies for the rankings. The 800 companies receiving the highest total scores made the final list.

Out of 800 companies, T. Rowe Price ranked 74th, and it was the company ranked 5th in the Banking and Finances Industry category.
