Although the money market fund in which this Portfolio invests seeks to preserve its value at $1.00 per share, the underlying money market fund cannot guarantee it will do so. An investment in this Portfolio is not insured or guaranteed by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation or any other government agency. The underlying money market fund's sponsor has no legal obligation to provide financial support to the underlying fund, and you should not expect that the sponsor will provide financial support to the underlying money market fund at any time.

Total return figures include changes in principal value and any reinvested dividends and capital gain distributions. For portfolios less than 1 year old, the since inception return figure is not annualized and represents an aggregate total return. Dividends and capital gains distributed by the underlying mutual funds become income to the portfolios. However, the T. Rowe Price College Savings Plan portfolios (except for the Money Market Portfolio) do not declare any dividends or capital gains, so changes in total return are reflected by changes in net asset value.

The yield quotation more closely reflects the current earnings of the Money Market Portfolio than the total return. The T. Rowe Price College Savings Plan is established and maintained by the Education Trust of Alaska. The "7-Day Yield without waiver" represents the portfolio yield without the deduction of any fee waivers. In a low U.S. interest rate environment, the Education Trust of Alaska has the ability to waive the Program Fee (and, if necessary, the Trust Fee) for the Money Market Portfolio in order to maintain a zero or positive net yield.
