Andrew Keirle is a senior portfolio manager in the Fixed Income Division and a member of the Global Fixed Income investment team. He is the lead portfolio manager for the Emerging Markets Local Currency Bond Strategy and co-portfolio manager of the International Bond Strategy. He is a vice president of T.
